Rosemary Crieger (541) 485-5212 Kim Crieger Goodwin (541) 729-8007
Crieger Goodwin Real Estate Sales is a family-run Oregon business with brokers licensed in the State of Oregon. We are a full service firm that works in the Lane County area, plus sections of Benton, Linn and Douglas counties. We work with buyers and sellers equally. Our goal is to create life-long client relationships, helping people through each phase of real estate “life”. From first-time homebuyers to downsizing, short selling to investment purchases, we are here to help!
About Rosemary Crieger
Rosemary has been a licensed real estate agent for more years than she will disclose to the public. Her daughter has been sworn to secrecy, as well. Rosemary specializes in investment property, country property, and first-time homebuyers, and really shines when working on short sales. Negotiating is her strong point. Her philosophy is “You can catch more bees with honey than with vinegar”.
Rosemary’s practical household tip - “Contrary to the popular idiom, you can actually catch more flies with vinegar, especially balsamic or apple cider.”
About Kim Crieger Goodwin
Kim has been a licensed real estate agent since 1996. Her focus is on real estate marketing – creating well-done advertisements and property listings, including lovely video tours, to help Crieger Goodwin Real Estate listings sell. Kim works with buyers as well, especially enjoying finding farm and forest properties. She believes the “back to the land movement” will make a second wave, and that country property and farms will come into a renewed popularity.
She also has a personal interest in helping people find and design “green”, low-allergen, or low-toxin homes, due to her direct experiences with these issues. Kim is currently “greening” her home – a work in long process- and learning about alternative building materials. She’s fulfilling her childhood dreams of playing in the mud and is enjoying the current trend of colorful rubber boots.
Kim’s most recent revelation, in light of the rubber boot fashion trend - “Finally, I’m hip!”
